Our first experiment was successful... WE ARE DOUBLING DOWN!

In February of 2024 (7 months ago), I wrote this blog post explaining our goal of getting more Deep Tech companies started… and it worked.

Our goal was to invest in one “FOUNDERS START” team a month: After seven months of the experiment we have invested in 18 startups.

Here are some examples of teams we invested in to get going:

• A company that uses Dogs to diagnose cancer

• A humanoid robotics startup

• A company filtering mutations out of sperm

• A professional robotics league

• A company enabling the uploading of consciousness to a hard drive

These were all teams who were at the earliest iterations of their concept and wanted a capital partner to help them in network and momentum.
