Gus Domel Promoted to Partner at Boost VC

Gus Domel is now a partner at Boost VC!!

“Yeah, Boost VC, you work with Gus right?”

This phrase is the most common phrase that has been spoken to me over the last 4 years when getting pitched by a founder, or meeting an investor for the first time.

Today, the Boost VC investment team levels up - Gus Domel is officially a Partner.

If you don’t read anything else and want to know why -

• Boost VC invested in 70 new deals in 2025. Gus brought 50% of those to Boost VC. He is the best in the business at sourcing.

• He shows up with a work ethic that feels “Founder level” and aspires to build Boost VC into something greater!

• His support to the founders is incredible - He alone introduced 500 investors to Founders last year, and thats just the ones we can track.

Gus comes from a more academic background, getting a PhD from Harvard and doing his Post-Doc at Stanford (two things we try not to hold against him). He is a technical generalist who has worked on robotic tentacles, biotech and more.
