A trend I have noticed is that a lot of amazingly talented human beings are in transition in their careers. Maybe this is always the case, but it feels like a huge talent pool of people trying to do something great!
I’ve had a lot of friends go through this, and as I am a VC, I’m going to give unwanted advice to those going through a transition in your life right now:
Many people believe that you have to do something to develop experience to get to the thing you actually want to do. I would recommend, just doing the thing you actually want to do. If you are lucky enough to know what you want, go for it now! Conviction is scarce and time is even more so.
As with most of my advice, my advice is “Go for it.” The world will be a better place.
Agree wholeheartedly, Adam. I jumped into Digital Humans last year with way less than I know now and I probably still don't know how much I don't know. I have a tendency of gaining mastery of a subject before diving in and to that all I can say is nothing's more invaluable than diving in the deep and learning your way to swim out. The best books and videos in the world can't teach you how to swim or drive 😁
Yes. This is my current path, once again🤩
