Sharks, Bugs, and Things.

Sharks are older than trees.

• Dinosaurs - Evidence of them 260m years ago

So either, our way of measuring the age of discoveries is way off (which is highly possible in my mind), or the more likely theory is that Earth is actually “Shark Planet.”

Depending on where you grew up in the United States, you will call the “Roly Poly” bug by a different name: Pill bugs, Tomato bugs, sow bugs, wood bugs, armadillo bugs, doodle bugs, roly-polies, carpenters, or boat-builders

The Roly Poly is actually not a bug or insect. Roly Poly’s have gills, which make them amphibious by nature, which means they are more closely related to a lobster than an ant. They are crustaceans. In order to be an insect, you have to breath through something called spiracles.

I believe that nature created consciousness in order to stop earth from being hit by asteroids, sort of “existential threat prevention,” but nature didn’t know what they created, or how it would interact with the planet, in the same way that humans don’t know how Artificial intelligence will interact with humanity.

The rights of Monopoly were purchased for $500 in 1935. Since then it has been translated into 37 different languages and is sold in more than 100 countries.

More than 275 million copies of the game Monopoly have been sold. What an amazing investment for $500, but also had to build the brand over 90 years.

Hasbro prints $30B of Monopoly money every year, very similar to the US Government :)
