Adam I met your pops 30 years ago when I was a young man & new to the valley. Although i didn’t know him well, he was always kind and thoughtful and easy to talk to. Wish i had gotten to know him better, but happy to have crossed paths with him, as well as you & your dad and siblings. That panel discussion we did together ten years back was one of the most fun times I ever had onstage. What a wonderful life he lived… we are all richer for it. Here’s to your pops! 💪🏼🕊️🥰
He is physically gone, but will never leave you. Sometimes he will talk to you if you listen. In our last conversation, you told me about the breakfasts. I own the cabin my grandfather built in northern MN. My grandfather died at age 98 as well. We were blessed to have that long of a relationship with them. My grandfather is still here, and occasionally, he taps me on the shoulder. He will sit at your table in Bucks someday, and someday he might skateboard into your office. Godspeed to him and blessings to your family
I bought the equipment for the audiobook. It was something he joked about with me. He mentioned it at DU's breakfast when I sat with him. It is about half done.
What a beautiful tribute to honor your grandfather. Pops seems like an amazing man, and he's left you a lot of memories to build from. May he rest in peace as you carry forward his legacy. Peace to you, as well, in your loss. 🙏
You’re blessed to have had such an amazing grandfather and he’s blessed to have such an amazing grandson. This was an inspirational read and get me thinking about long term family dynamics towards true dynasty 🙌

Nice tribute to Bill. Love that you two had regular breakfast meetings at Buck’s one of my favorite places.
Bill was a kind man and a legend and will be missed by us all.
