Lots of amazing founders would have had lists like this against their invention, project or company. But the founders found out what was a great idea, because they experienced all the bad ones along the way. When there are lists like this, it just means the problem being solved is important. Make Sunsets recognizes the difficult issues at hand, and with that in mind still has the courage to take a shot at what they believe to have the best answer.

If the idea is bad, it won’t result in low revenue and lawsuits for them, but environmental disaster experienced by everyone that might not be fixable. What an irresponsible take on geoengineering

This idea beyond stupid. On par with drinking bleach to "cure Covid". No understanding of chemistry, physics or even basic engineering. "Let's use SpaceX rockets to shoot water at the sun to cool it down" is a better (and much safer) idea than this is and that's saying something.

Our goal at Boost VC is to support courageous Founders building at the peak of human endeavor. If you believe that you can come up with a better solution to this problem, you should go for it. otherwise, tearing down someone else’s solution is not useful. However, we would love the idea to be challenged with constructive criticism.
